Intro to Chess Workshop In-Person

Join MDI Chess for a free workshop where you will learn the core principles of the game and how to trick opponents with sneaky tactics! Friendly instruction for complete newcomers, beginners ready to learn more, and holding space for more experienced players to practice their game too. Drop in (and out) as your schedule allows; participants are not required to stay for the full four hours.

MDI Chess is a volunteer group of coaches and players dedicated to sharing their love of the game.
