Poetry Study with Richard Parker

If you enjoy examining excellent poems line by line and word by word, this course is for you. Our attention will be on both women and men poets, primarily but not exclusively to poems written in the last 70 years. We will generally examine 2 poems within the hour, and discussion will be encouraged. Each class will stand alone, so there is no need to commit to attending all of them. There is no charge, but a donation to the NEH Library will be encouraged.
Richard Parker has taught literature, religion, and spirituality since 1977 and holds a Doctorate in Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
