DESCRIPTION:JULY 9: Grief\; how does our culture make space or not for 
 grief? How do we process grief in community?\n\nAUG 13: Affordability\; in 
 what ways is our community affordable\, or not? Are there solutions for the 
 year round community?\n\nSEPT 10: Communication & Conflict\; how do we 
 communicate when in conflict and what are ways we can better communicate 
 when in conflict in community?\n\n---\n\nCommunity Circles are a space to 
 come together\, share and listen to each other around a variety of 
 difficult and sensitive topics so that we may build healthy relationships\, 
 understand and support each other while acknowledging differing 
 experiences. Facilitated  by Downeast Restorative Justice\, each meeting 
 will focus on a different discussion topic guided by the interests of 
 participants and recent events. We'll meet monthly\, and intermittent or 
 occasional participation is welcome.\n\nAt the opening of each circle\, 
 DRJ’s Restorative Practitioner Kayla Gagnon will introduce Restorative 
 principles & practices to facilitate the circle conversation. There is no 
 expectation to share\; showing up to listen is just as valuable. DRJ also 
 offers monthly online Circles of Care for Service Providers and Survivors
